We also use methods such as low moisture and a dry system.

These are used for more sensitive products or larger areas such as hotels, care homes, and schools.

Some fibres cannot tolerate steam extraction. And we know this via our training, experience, and the findings from your survey.

Have you heard of Wiltons? This will shrink if excess moisture or heat is used. The reason for this is down to the backing known as the weave and weft.
