Excrement or diarrhoea removal from carpets, rugs, or upholstery.

Body fluid accidents happen.

This could be excrement or diarrhoea. Not very pleasant. 

We experience this quite often and attempt to help our customers within hours due to the yuckiness and just the thought of it being in your furnishing.

Contamination issues need to be dealt with safely. We always use PPE equipment.

If this happens to you, we advise the following.

Lift any solids away. If a lot looser, place a towel over the area and scoop as much as you can.

What we do

Cold flush as much debris away as possible. We use numerous cleaning strokes with our wand.

This allows us to then see the extent of work to be carried out.

Unfortunately, if a stain turns yellow or orange this is a permanent mark. Should you have spare carpet we may be able to repair the area of concern.

Once the room is flushed clean we then address each stain.

We use an array of solutions as the success depends on the chemistry that we use.

Again we will only clean the stained areas using cold water.

Once we are happy that we have maximised the extraction of the stain we then set up to steam clean the carpet or carpets.

At this point, we normally use enzyme solutions. This is liberally applied and agitated with a dwell time of ten minutes minimum.

Using heated water to create steam we now clean the room.

Once complete we apply an antibacterial deodoriser.

Two air movers will be placed to speed up the drying times.
